Meet Fritzie Vammen

For over 17 years, Fritzie has successfully appealed and won VA compensation claims for Veterans, including Total Unemployability benefits, and has secured earlier effective dates on appeal.

In addition to the stressors of unemployability, you are burdened with the task of proving your eligibility for benefits. Instead of tackling that alone, Fritzie will listen to your story, help you attain the evidence required for benefit qualification, and fight legal battles on your behalf.

"My father was a ball turret gunner in WWII with the US Army Air Corp. His plane was shot down by enemy fire and all crewmen were captured, making him a POW in a German prison camp at age 19. Upon liberation and return to his country, he worked hard to establish a good life for his family, but eventually could no longer work due to the great mental strain of untreated PTSD or, as it was called, ‘shell shock.’

I do this work because I am grateful to Veterans and their families for their service to our country. Vets, like my dad, are ordinary people who have had extraordinary demands placed upon them. I want to help them navigate complex laws and receive the compensation they deserve."

Shaped by the story of my grandfather, a WWII Veteran and POW in Germany, I’ve seen how military service can leave lasting impacts on families. I was raised with a deep respect for Veterans and believe no one should have to struggle to access the benefits they've earned.

With a unique background in business, higher education, and teaching, I bring strong communication, organization, and research skills to my work as a paralegal. I'm here to help make the claims and appeals process as straightforward as possible.
